Here you can experience organic mushroom cultivation at first hand. In a step-by-step tour, we take you through the entire mushroom cultivation process. From cultivation to harvest, you will learn everything you need to know about mushrooms. At the same time, we share our story of how a journalist and a civil engineer discovered their passion for sustainable farming. From 2025, we are also proud to be Demeter-certified! What can you expect? At the beginning of the tour, we will clarify important terms that will give you a solid understanding of mushroom cultivation. You will learn why the substrate must be free of mushroom competitors and gain an insight into our special maturing room, where the first growth spurt takes place.
